Building a 14 × 18 gang sheet
A gang sheet is one 14 × 18 inch canvas packed with as many designs as you can fit. You pay per sheet, not per design — so fill it up.
Set up the canvas
- Size: exactly 4200 × 5400 pixels (14 × 18 in at 300 DPI). Our checker will refuse anything else.
- Background: transparent.
- Color mode: RGB.
Lay out your designs
- Place each design at the exact size you'll press it. A 10 in wide chest print is 3000 px wide on the sheet.
- Leave about 0.25 in (75 px) between designs so you can cut them apart.
- Keep art at least 0.1 in (30 px) away from the sheet's edges.
- Rotate designs to fit tighter — orientation doesn't matter on the sheet.
- Fill gaps with small stuff: pocket logos, sleeve hits, neck labels.
Export
- Photoshop: File → Export → Export As → PNG, Transparency on, 100% size.
- Illustrator: Artboard 14 × 18 in. File → Export → Export As → PNG, 300 PPI, Background: Transparent.
- Canva: Custom size 4200 × 5400 px. Download → PNG → Transparent background (requires Canva Pro).
- Photopea (free): New project 4200 × 5400 px, 300 DPI, transparent. File → Export as → PNG.
Ready? Upload your sheet and the checker will tell you in seconds if anything's off.
