Policies

Files: we never print bad art

A bad print with our name on it is worse than no print. So:

  • Blocked at upload: wrong size (sheets must be exactly 4200 × 5400 px — 14 × 18 in at 300 DPI), low resolution, non-PNG files, no transparent background, empty sheets.
  • Reviewed before printing: semi-transparent effects, light fringes, blurry or enlarged art, art at the very edge of the sheet.
  • If it won't print well, we won't print it. We'll tell you what to fix and refund you (or hold your order while you send a new file).

We only print art you own or have permission to use. That means no copyrighted characters and no team or brand logos unless you have permission — even for a single personal shirt. Orders that break this rule are rejected and refunded.

Turnaround & shipping

  • Standard: ready in 36 hours.
  • Special-order colors, 2XL and up, and all hoodies add a few days while blanks arrive.
  • Shipping: flat rate to any US address. We ship after printing and email you a tracking number.
  • Orders held for a file review start their clock once the file is approved.

Refunds

  • If we reject a file or can't print your order, you get a full refund.
  • If we make a mistake, we reprint it free.
  • Prints made from files you approved and that matched our checks aren't refundable — DTF is custom work.

Pressing your own garments

When you bring your own garments for pressing ($5 each), you agree that SnapDTF isn't responsible for damage to them. Some fabrics scorch, shrink, or don't take DTF well. We'll tell you if something looks risky before we press.

SnapDTF is a brand of Alchemic Graph. Payments and receipts are processed by Square under SnapDTF by Alchemic Graph.
